From district road maintenance to a UN seismic station install, our plant and crews work on the ground for government, private industry, landowners and international contractors alike.
Under contract to the District Government of Kokopo, East New Britain, our plant and operators grade, open and maintain the rural roads connecting village and plantation communities across the district. From cutting fresh formation through jungle track to reshaping washed-out village roads after the rains, the work at Bilur, Karur, Makurapau and Rainau keeps these communities connected to markets, schools and health services.
Contracted by 3A Balsa, a private balsa wood company, Shoreline Solutions provides road access and extraction support for their plantation at Putput, Kokopo. Our crews cut and maintain haul roads into the growing blocks, and our trucks move harvested balsa logs from the plantation to the load-out point — keeping 3A Balsa's harvest schedule moving through some genuinely steep terrain.
Working directly for local landowners at Malakuna No.5, Shoreline supplies the bulldozers and operators to extract hardwood timber from customary land. That means cutting access into standing timber, skidding felled logs down to a load-out point, and doing it in a way that keeps faith with the landowners we're working for.
Shoreline Solutions was engaged by Enviro Earth, a United Nations contractor based in Europe, to deliver site works for a seismic monitoring station at Tavilo, East New Britain. Our team handled site preparation, the concrete slab and steel shelter structure, and worked alongside the local community to get the station built and commissioned.
